Respectful listening to others and building on the insights of others is an important part of authentic inquiry. This blog has been created to carry on some of the conversations provoked at the September 22 ProD event.
As facilitator I will start threads on a few selected topics. If you want to expand these, just email me and we can do that. Better yet you can provide the content for the posting as well.

Some Simple Protocols
This is not a classic Knowledge Building Circle but some protocols do apply:
-be respectful of what other people say.
-use respectful language "I want to build on what Bob has to said ..." or " I have a different view from Mary in that ..."
